SYMON OLIVERI

Symon is the founder of Contigo Child and Family. A specialist perinatal and trauma service.


Symon provides perinatal mental health care and trauma therapy for women, parents, and families. Alongside her perinatal work, Symon has a strong clinical focus on trauma therapy for women.


Symon also provides support and therapy for neurodivergent parents and families. As a neurodivergent parent of neurodivergent children, she brings lived experience of navigating parenting, alongside specialist training in neuro-affirming, attachment- and trauma-informed practice.

 • Perinatal and infant mental health support
• Non-directive pregnancy counselling
• Support following birth trauma or difficult birth experiences
• Trauma-informed birth preparation
• Support through matrescence and the transition to motherhood
• Parenting support, including Circle of Security–informed work
• Support for neurodivergent parents
• Dyadic therapy (parent–infant and parent–child sessions)
• Support for people with experiences of childhood trauma, violence, or abuse  

Contigo means “with you” in Spanish, a name chosen to reflect the importance of not having to do this alone.
