I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and parents.
I offer clinical supervision to:
• Perinatal mental health clinicians
• Infant and child mental health clinicians
• Child and family practitioners
• Child therapists and counsellors
• School counsellors
• Social workers at all stages of practice
My experience includes:
• Child and perinatal therapy
• School counselling (primary and secondary settings)
• Child protection
• Out-of-home care
• Working with children and families across Africa, Central America, and South America
I take an experiential and reflective approach to supervision, drawing on creative, relational, and evidence-informed practices to support professional growth, self-awareness, and clinical confidence.
I am the creator of the Integrated Core Needs Approach and the New Beginnings resource suite, which support therapeutic work with parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
I also developed My Mummy's Inside Weather, a children's resource that supports conversations about emotions, mental health, and wellbeing with children and families.
I completed the Gidget Foundation Australia Supervisor Development Program in 2025 and have a particular interest in supporting clinicians working in perinatal, infant, child, and family mental health.
My supervision is informed by:
• Neuroaffirming practice
• Trauma-informed practice
• Attachment-informed practice
• Systemic and relational perspectives
Whether you are seeking to build confidence, deepen reflective practice, navigate complex clinical work, or simply have a supportive space to think, I offer supervision grounded in curiosity, compassion, and real-world experience.
